Under the JaimePOS customer satisfaction guarantee, you are covered if your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item. Even if the regular return policy indicates no returns, you can still initiate a return for the item. To start the process, please contact us within 2 business days from the date of order receipt, providing the order number and reason for the refund request. Upon approval, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, enabling you to return the item for a full refund.

If you’ve simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you can do so by completing a Return/Refund Request Form. Just contact us, provide your order number, reason for return, and your email address, and we’ll send you the form. Please note that in such cases, a 50% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping charges won’t be refunded. Additionally, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

When returning the item, it’s crucial to securely package it to prevent damage during transit. The item must arrive in good condition to qualify for the approved refund amount. If the returned item is received in a used condition, damaged, missing parts, or poorly packaged leading to damage during transit, we’ll deduct from your approved refund amount to account for the loss in the item’s value.

To facilitate future returns, we highly recommend keeping the original product’s shipping boxes and coverings. This ensures that the item remains well-protected should a return be necessary.
