JaimePOS Will Update & Troubleshoot Your POS System

Looking to update your menu, change your settings or just need additional training? We easily and securely connect to your POS or your back-office dashboard to make the adjustments necessary without interrupting your busy day. We also offer onsite support for troubleshooting that can only be resolved onsite. *Onsite support is only available to local customers (no more than 30 miles away). Once you schedule a date and time, you will receive a Payment Authorization form to the email provided. This form must be completed before your scheduled appointment. To ensure smooth menu price changes, scheduling is necessary, and any new menu information should be emailed to JaimePOS before the scheduled appointment. If you need to attach docs. such as new menu updates, employees list, happy hour changes, etc., email to: Support@JaimePOS.com.
