JaimePOS Will Update & Troubleshoot Your POS System
Looking to update your menu, change your settings or just need additional training? We easily and securely connect to your POS or your back-office dashboard to make the adjustments necessary without interrupting your busy day. We also offer onsite support for troubleshooting that can only be resolved onsite. *Onsite support is only available to local customers (no more than 30 miles away).
1) Full name, name of business, business address.
2) Reason for support request.
3) POS system or software name (include software version).
If you need to attach docs. such as new menu updates, employees list, happy hour changes, etc., email to: Support@JaimePOS.com.
Once we receive your request, someone from our team will contact you to schedule the date and time and go over billing options.
