Return Policy

Under the JaimePOS customer satisfaction guarantee, you are protected if your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item. Even if the regular return policy indicates no returns, you can still return the item. To initiate the process, please contact us within 2 business days from the date of order receipt and provide the order number and reason for the refund request. Upon approval, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, allowing you to return the item for a full refund.

If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return the item, you can do so by completing a Return/Refund Request Form. Just get in touch with us, and provide your order number, reason for return, and your email address for the form to be sent to you. Please be aware that in such cases, a 50% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.

When returning the item, it is crucial to package it securely to prevent damage during transit. The item must arrive in good condition to qualify for the approved refund amount. If the returned item is received in a used condition, damaged, missing parts, or has been poorly packaged and consequently damaged during transit, we will deduct from your approved refund amount to account for the loss in the item’s value.

To facilitate future returns, we highly recommend retaining the original product’s shipping boxes and coverings. This will ensure that the item remains well-protected should a return be necessary.
