Frequently Asked Questions:
Before loading the paper roll, you should confirm the type of the paper that will be used for printer. The default paper type is continuous paper.
1）Pull the rear cover latch to open the rear cover of printer.
2）Hold the hole in the paper guide to rotate upward and disassemble it. When using 76mm, 69mm, 57mm width paper roll, user needs to insert paper guide vertically into a suitable location. When using 80mm paper roll, the paper guide will not be used, please keep the paper roll well.
3）Ensure the paper head is trimmed, and drop the paper roll into the paper cabinet.
4）Pull out the paper head of paper roll along the paper feeding direction, close the rear cover, and tear off the surplus portion of the paper.
Caution:
•User should adjust the paper guide according to the width of paper roll being used.
•Paper roll should meet the requirements shown in the following figure:
